1.Ensure sufficient electricity quantity for WiFi series products feature large power consumption. Be sure to remember that it should be used after full charge; the insufficient electricity quantity will lead to poor connection, failure on signal searching, frequent off-line and unstable video etc.
So, if you encounter the problem mentioned above, please charge the device and re-start it after charging. The step will solve all problems.
2.Never to watch videos by directly opening mobile software. Make sure that you've already connected the hot-spot of this WiFi product before opening the software. Otherwise, you will fail to watch videos normally.

Download and install APP
1) .Install by scanning the QR code:(Figure 1),entering download page(Figure 2)。Download the software according to the system selection of the phone.(After scanning the QR code, download by selecting the APP in the domestic version or overseas version according to the requirement)

2) .Android phone  Search“ LOOKCAM” in Google App market to download and install it.
Apple phone  Search“ LOOKCAM” in App Store to download and install it.

Addition of AP Hot Spots

Enter the phone WIFI settings, find the camera AP HotSpots account (device UID number) and connect. as the picture shows

After connecting the device UID as shown below, open the phone app (LOOKCAM) .

Router mode Connection (Remote viewing)

When you can watch the video with hotSpot, please go back to the previous level and enter the interface as shown.

Click the Settings icon → WiFi Connection Configuration → Find WiFi → Enter Password → Click OK to restart the camera. (After camera connet to router, refresh the page, waiting for about 40 seconds and the camera status will become online.)

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
